Terms & Conditions

By booking a class, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Policy
All bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Once a session is booked, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time. One person is allowed per ticket. Additional guests are not permitted.

2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a forfeited session. Reschedule requests must be communicated directly via the contact number provided.

3. Arrival & Tardiness
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your session may be shortened or forfeited based on scheduling availability. Late arrivals do not qualify for rescheduling or refunds.

4. Parking
Free parking is available on the street and along the side of the building. Please do not park in any “No Parking” zones. We recommend arriving early to secure parking and ensure a timely start to your session. The company is not responsible for any parking violations or vehicle safety.

5. Food & Beverage Policy
Outside food is not permitted. However, guests are welcome to bring outside beverages. Charcuterie and champagne may also be added to your session for an additional fee. These add-ons must be requested and confirmed at least 72 hours in advance. For inquiries or to request this service, please contact 713-339-0500.

6. Agreement
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above. Violation of these terms may result in cancellation or forfeiture of your session without refund.
